Bobbi brown cream shadow and MUFE cream shadow..

The last two products I have for you in the cream eyeshadow series are – Bobbi brown cream shadow in ‘Sandy Gold 4′ and MUFE Aqua cream in ’12’..

1. MUFE Aqua cream in 12 is a waterproof creme color that can be used on eyes, lips, cheeks and face..

This is what MUFE had to say about this product “Aqua Cream is a colorful addition to our award-winning Aqua range. These versatile, long-lasting, waterproof colors can be worn on the eyes, lips, and cheeks. They’re completely smudge-proof, tear-proof, and waterproof, and they won’t crease, run, or transfer. Aqua Cream gives intense payoff with a highly pigmented formula that ensures the colorful, pearly hues show up on skin while the soft, silky texture glides on effortlessly.”

I do agree that the color payoff is amazing with this product.. However, this does crease on my eyelids by the end of the day.. Works fine when layered on top of an eye primer… I do enjoy layering this as an eye base for many eyeshadows that have satin/shimmer.. Using the MUFE product as a base amplifies the intensity of eyeshadows and increases the shimmery appearance on the eyelids..

2. The second product is the Bobbi brown Long wear cream shadow in Sandy Gold 4.. It costs $25.00 USD for 3.5g of product..

Bobbi brown website describes this as “Velvety-smooth formula that goes on easily – and lasts all day without creasing or smearing. Fragrance free. Safe for contact lens wearers. Ophthalmologist tested.”

The product does feel extremely soft to touch, almost mousse-like.. I thought this shade could be a good everyday base but although the color is apt, this again creases on my eyelid without a primer.. I usually make this work with an eye primer first.. This might work for people who don’t have extremely oily eyelids..

Packaging is a glass container with a plastic screw top lid..

Bottom line: I have not yet found any cream eyeshadow that actually stays crease proof on its own on my eyelids..
